All items returned must be in its original condition in its original packaging with a copy of original invoice enclosed. Items must be returned within allowed timeframe. Items cannot be worn, chemically treated, cut, washed, or altered in any way, including the removal of tags and labels. If exposed to odors, such as cigarette smoke or perfume, items will not be accepted. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your return to be processed. "I like the style, but the shine on it makes it look like a wig ordered it in the dark brown, which might tend to look shinier than other hair colors. If someone has straighter here, they might find it natural looking. I have a curl in my hair and it just doesn't look natural to me."
"This piece did not work for me. It was bulky and looked fake. Beware of fees and charges for returns. I spent a total of $53. 79 for two items using a 30% coupon. I returned both items the next day because they did not work. I was told that fees and return policy is posted so I totally understand that this is my bad. Posting this to save you money and frustration. I only received a refund of $18. 27 for unused returns. Your original order subtotal for the Top it off Fringe and Top Class was $37. 52. There is a 20% restocking fee which was $7. 50. You used the EZ Return Label which that cost is $12. 75. Subtotal $17. 27 Tax $1. 00 $18. 27"
"This topper has just enough weight and coverage. Once attached you will forget you are wearing it. I travel a lot and always have a couple of these with me because sometimes there isn't time to wash my hair before dinner. On goes the topper and I look all put together! I keep a few of these handy in my closet."

"This topper is an easy one to clip on and go! I feel like she is a little bit “thin” in the back but since I have enough bio hair back there, it’s OK for me. I ordered her in the color R 28S which is a rooted, bright copper color. She definitely needs some dry shampoo sprayed on her to tone down the shine when you first get her, and I needed to style her a little bit to create some lift as seen in my photos . I used a heated curling brush on low and held the curl in a roller until it cooled which is typical procedure on synthetic hair . But overall, she is a great value for the money."
